Hoddie’s Redstone, 8 miles per hex
Paul’s second map followed soon after his first, but changed focus from the Known World to the Isle of Dawn, with a rendition of the Province of Redstone. The map faithfully reproduced TM2’s design in his own style.
To many fans, the most memorable element may be not the map itself but the leprechaun Paul chose to accompany the map’s title. This is probably the first example of adding illustrations to a map in Mystara’s fan community. In later years, mappers such as John Calvin and Matthew Fleet would continue the tradition that Paul started.
