JTR’s Northern Brun, 24 miles per hex
Although JTR never published a 24 mile per hex overview map during the production of his Gaz F series, he did later provide a glimpse at some work-in-progress reference materials. He posted this one in 2011. It seems to date from early on in the project, as evidenced by the lack of some later details, as well as the font, Arial, which JTR only seems to have used on his earliest maps. JTR himself noted at The Piazza that it hadn’t been updated since November 2005.
Unfortunately this is the highest resolution we have of this map. JTR produced at least one other 24 mile per hex map, which shows a subset of the vast area covered on this one.
Fan-made Map by JTR (November 2005/March 2011)
This is an original map created by one of Mystara’s excellent fan cartographers. For more information on the cartographer, including a gallery of all their maps, see also Appendix M: Mappers of Mystara.
Work in progress map: This map is incomplete. It appears here in the most recent state available, but it may be missing certain elements.

Chronological Analysis
This is a fan-made map. It was likely created in November 2005, and first published in March 2011. The updated Atlas version of this map is not yet available. See also Appendix C for annual chronological snapshots of the area. For the full context of this map in Mystara’s publication history, see the upcoming Let’s Map Mystara 2011. (Please note that it may be some time before the project reaches this point.)
The following lists are from the Let’s Map Mystara project. Additions are new features, introduced in this map; Revisions are changes to previously-introduced features; Hex Art & Fonts track design elements; and finally Textual Additions are potential features found in the related text. In most cases, the Atlas adopts these textual additions into updated and chronological maps.
