Ramelin’s Ekto and Trikelios, 8 miles per hex v1
Along with a few other maps such as his Alatian Islands, Jose posted this map to Pinterest in late November 2015. This one focused on the area of Ekto and Trikelios on the Isle of Dawn, adding new terrain details and named settlements. Jose developed these in the same style as Bruce Heard used in his Alphatia maps (2012-2013), with metalworking terms for Ekto and shipbuilding concepts for Trikelios. The themes were based on the scant information given for these places in Dawn of the Emperors.
This map is an iconic example of how Jose used the ideas established in official and fan-made sources to cleverly embellish otherwise empty areas. His results were extremely impressive.
