Thibault’s Norwold, 24 miles per hex
Thibault’s history of working with Norwold is long and somewhat surprising. He posted a replica of CM1’s Norwold back in 1999, and shortly thereafter began work on an updated map. But he abandoned it, instead incorporating parts of Norwold on the edges of maps of adjacent areas. Thus, his first proper view of Norwold appeared as part of his larger Brun map in 2001, then again in his full Mystara map in 2002.
It wasn’t until September 2002 that he released this as a stand-alone Norwold map, although there is a work-in-progress version from a full year earlier without rivers. Both are presented below.
