The Atlas of Mystara is published on this website under a Creative Commons Share-Alike Attribution Non-Commercial license. The project is funded privately by the cartographer, Thorfinn Tait. Webspace, software, and other necessities incur regular costs, which have mounted up over the years.

How to support the Atlas of Mystara
There are a number of things you can do to ensure the future of the Atlas.
Patreon
Fans of the Atlas can pledge to help cover costs by supporting Thorfinn’s Patreon campaign. This is the most direct way to show your support for the Atlas.
DriveThruRPG Affiliate Links
You can also assist with work on the Atlas by clicking on any of the links to DriveThruRPG on this site. These are affiliate links, which convert a small percentage of any purchases you make there into DTRPG credit for the referrer. The percentage comes out of DriveThru’s profits — you don’t pay any extra for your purchase.
This continues to be invaluable, as these funds are used to purchase PDF editions of Mystara books, which is a huge help. In theory these funds could also be withdrawn and put towards website and other costs, but at present there is just enough to buy the occasional PDF.
Spread the Word
One of the best ways to support the Atlas project is to interact with the site here, as well as announcements on social media. Liking posts, commenting, and sharing are all very helpful in getting the word out. Your endorsement of the project can reach the eyes and ears of fans who I have no connection with, which is great for everyone.
