LoZompatore’s Polar Opening Climate Patterns

This was the third and last of Michele’s maps and diagrams examining the polar openings. While the first and second looked at the geometry of the openings, this diagram was more of a thought experiment, showing the likely actual climate of the various stages of the lands within and around the openings. Essentially, Michele deduced that there would be a strip of rather warm lands within the openings. He explained his thesis in detail in his post at The Piazza, also archived at the Vaults of Pandius.
