Agathokles’ Achelos River, 1.3 miles per hex
Giampaolo made this map for his River of Blood adventure, set on the upper course of the Achelos River. The scale may seem a bit confusing at first, until you realise that it’s one sixth of 8 miles per hex. He later used a related scale of 2.7 miles per hex for more maps of the same area.
Due to the very large scale, most of the features in this map are new, though Giampaolo also credited some other fan works for inspiration — he specifically mentioned an adventure hook of the same name by Sean Meaney.
