Alan’s Karameikos, 8 miles per hex
After working through pretty much all of B10’s maps (for which see his Eastern Karameikos), it was only natural for Alan to produce a full map of Karameikos. The version he released did not have a hex grid, instead including a scale bar. (It also had an art error, with the word “Text” appearing in the title scroll.) His Campaign Cartographer 2 file included a hidden hex grid layer.
In my CC3+ conversion, I have turned on the hex grid, but given it a low transparency to preserve the overall look of Alan’s original export. I have also given the labels a slight glow effect, to improve legibility.
Content-wise, Alan’s version of Karameikos was a close reproduction of GAZ1’s map.
