Christian’s Hule, 8 miles per hex
Christian’s Skothar map was amazing and revolutionary, but this was his true masterpiece: the entire Hulean Empire in glorious 8 mile per hex detail. Of course it brings together all of his previous “converted lands” maps, but more of a point it covers the whole of the rest of the empire for the first time at this scale.
This map was nothing short of revolutionary, and it remains the best and most comprehensive view of Hule to this day. It has since been remade multiple times, in different graphic styles, by Thibault Sarlat (twice!), Gary Davies and Jose Ignacio Ramos Lomelin. Although they sometimes tweaked some features, all of these versions remained pretty faithful to Christian’s original design.
