Cthulhudrew’s Xyqata, 8 miles per hex
Starting in the late 90s, Mischa Gelman spearheaded efforts to create the gazetteers for those Hollow World nations that had not received an official HWR. Various people assisted him in this endeavour, and in the case of the Valley of Hutaaka, Andrew Theisen was one of the main contributors. Andrew also produced a series of maps detailing the area at the familiar 8 mile per hex scale.
This first part of Hutaaka focused on the capital, Xyqata, and its surrounding area at the mouth of the Tylaxu River, on the shores of Lake Menkor.
Later, in 2009, Andrew began to recreate the whole area using Atlas of Mystara hex map tools.
