Dragon 180 Bellayne, 8 miles per hex
Dragon 180 introduced the second of the animal kingdoms, the rakastan nation of Bellayne. With an English flair to their culture, the cat people of Bellayne were the natural neighbours of the French-influenced lupins to the east.
Cartographically, the map continued to add detail to the Savage Coast in the vein of previous maps in the series. The depiction of cliffs on the southern coast is slightly different from how GAZ7 did it previously, using plateau lines with beach below rather than marks on the coast. The effect is certainly quite pleasant to look at, but due to the scale it also implies miles-wide beaches below the cliffs, which may or may not fit with the original design.
