Dragon 196 Orc’s Head Peninsula, 24 miles per hex
The Known World Grimoire continued exploring the Savage Coast where the Voyage of the Princess Ark left off. This map was the second of three that appeared during the column’s run, and it focused on the Orc’s Head Peninsula area, expanding southwards into the Dark Jungle. This was the first map to show the Arm of the Immortals in hex form, even if it’s only a tiny sliver; much more was shown in the final article a few months later.
An 8 mile per hex detail map appeared on the same page, showing the Black Orchid Tribelands.
