Lorenzo’s Specularum
Following on from his first maps of Threshold and Karameikos, Lorenzo next tackled the nation’s capital, Specularum. He painstakingly placed individual building art in Inkarnate to create a wonderful illustrated version of the original GAZ1 map. But in fact he went beyond this, adding in all the labels he could find, and even placing special art for each of these known locations.
In high resolution, it’s an invaluable asset for anyone running a game in Specularum.

Chronological Analysis
This is a fan-made map. It was published in October 2023. The updated Atlas version of this map is not yet available. See also Appendix C for annual chronological snapshots of the area. For the full context of this map in Mystara’s publication history, see the upcoming Let’s Map Mystara 2023. (Please note that it may be some time before the project reaches this point.)
The following lists are from the Let’s Map Mystara project. Additions are new features, introduced in this map; Revisions are changes to previously-introduced features; Hex Art & Fonts track design elements; and finally Textual Additions are potential features found in the related text. In most cases, the Atlas adopts these textual additions into updated and chronological maps.

We were sent to https://mystara.thorfmaps.com/lorenzo-threshold/#respond, but all that gets us is Gremlins. (14 October 2023 at 4:15 pm)
Those Gremlins need an update as well: It refers to the site one is reading as it being the new home of the Atlas. Either this is no longer relevant, and should be replaced by better content (like a map of Serraine from the Gremlins’ point of view), or it is still true and you are indeed still moving maps, and thus it should have content that includes a date, so we know how temporarily it is.

Thank you for pointing this out, Mysha. I had intended to post Lorenzo’s Threshold first, but in the end it didn’t work out that way. The links should all work now.
I have redone the Gremlins 404 page, too. Hopefully it should be a bit more useful. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions for it. You’re completely correct that it was out of date. Thanks for letting me know!
