Poor Wizard’s Almanac III Diagram
The third of the Poor Wizard’s Almanac world diagrams was almost the same as the second. It incorporated a minor visual change, with textures added to the polar openings to help differentiate the three labelled regions there; previously these had been marked as shaded regions. The only meaningful part of this change was the separation of the Darklands and the Stormy Regions, with the former now missing the texture applied to show the latter. However, given the nature of these regions, it seems highly unlikely that the Darklands were intended not to be part of the Stormy Regions.
In short, all three Poor Wizard’s Almanac diagrams were very similar, and there really wasn’t enough difference between them to make any single one a clear superior over the others. As I noted in the post for the first Almanac’s diagram, the visuals were more attractive than the original Hollow World Set version. But functionally all four maps were pretty much the same.
