Poor Wizard’s Almanac III Great Waste
This map was one of a set of similar scale and style included in the third Poor Wizard’s Almanac. Others included Northeastern Davania and the Isle of Dawn. It showed the area of the Great Waste, as well as large parts of Hule and the Known World. As with the other maps in the series, it was more of an overview map, and as such it didn’t include anything in the way of new details.

So much of Mystara went underused when I ran my campaigns back in the day – and I used a lot of it. I think I must have used the Great Waste a little bit as I did run Black Arrow, Red Shield all the way to the end.
