Kingdom of Karameikos

A nation of the Known World. First appeared as a kingdom in Wrath of the Immortals (1992), then fully detailed and mapped in Karameikos 2E (1994). Previously a Grand Duchy, first appearing in X1 (1981). The name was inherited from Moldvay and Schick’s Known World (c. 1976). Developed in Expert (1981 and 1983) and B6 (1984), then developed and mapped in B10 (1986). Fully developed and mapped in GAZ1 (1987).
