Thibault’s Gulf of Hule Area, 8 miles per hex
In this Hexmapper map, Thibault combined and updated his earlier Hule and Gulf of Hule maps, with a large slice of his newer Great Waste included for good measure. It’s a vast area — although his Hexmapper works would soon grow to cover even larger extents.
As with most of his Hexmapper works of this period, it remains a work-in-progress, without detailed coastlines or rivers, let alone labels. By this stage, he had at last assembled all of the tools to create the maps he had so long envisioned, but unfortunately he no longer had the time to bring all this to completion. It’s a situation that I’m sure resonates with all of us.
