Threshold (1983)
Rounding out 1983’s complete map set is the setting’s very first town map, showing the iconic starting location of Threshold from the revised Expert Rulebook. There is little to add at this point, although a few labels have been tweaked. There is a scale problem inherent in the original map, such that the town is exaggerated in size; 500 feet per inch would have been more reasonable. However, this will stand until later maps address the issue.
Chronological Map (August 2021)
This map is part of the Mystara 1983 series of chronological maps. It is an updated map, incorporating all available sources and made internally consistent with other maps in its series. But it only uses sources published in or before 1983.

- Features — Though the map is too tight to show them, there are a number of features from the 1983 Basic and Expert Rules Sets that are situated around the edges of this map. The easiest to mark was Castle Mistamere to the north, which has been marked with an arrow at the map edge.
