Tim’s Five Shires
For an introduction to Tim Roberts’ Campaign Cartographer 2 maps, see the post for his Karameikos map.
Tim shared two more maps of the same style as his first one in May 1998. Below is his Five Shires map. Although it appears to have all of the elements of GAZ8’s map, there’s something slightly uncanny about the way it presents them — as if the map were drawn with some sort of isometric perspective, or angle. Some things seem slightly out of place, while others are exactly where I’d expect them to be. It’s quite interesting. Perhaps he meant to shift things around as a slight redesign, as the original hex map does indeed look pretty packed.
Fan-made Map by Tim Roberts (May 1998)
This is an original map created by one of Mystara’s excellent fan cartographers. For more information on the cartographer, including a gallery of all their maps, see also Appendix M: Mappers of Mystara.
The Atlas has been unable to contact the original cartographer. This map therefore appears here without explicit permission from its creator. Any information on how to get in touch with them would be most welcome.

Chronological Analysis
This is a fan-made map. It was published in May 1998. The updated Atlas version of this map is not yet available. See also Appendix C for annual chronological snapshots of the area. For the full context of this map in Mystara’s publication history, see the upcoming Let’s Map Mystara 1998. (Please note that it may be some time before the project reaches this point.)
The following lists are from the Let’s Map Mystara project. Additions are new features, introduced in this map. Revisions are changes to previously-introduced features. Hex Art & Fonts track design elements. Finally, Textual Additions are potential features found in the related text. In most cases, the Atlas adopts these textual additions into updated and chronological maps.
