JTR’s Idrisian Sphere, 24 miles per hex
JTR created this 24 mile per hex overview map of the region he dubbed the Idrisian Sphere at some point prior to June 2007. It’s one of only two such maps at this scale that he produced. The original post is lost, but a reference remains in the archives of the old Mystara Message Board at the Vaults of Pandius. (Thanks to Shawn Stanley for finding this.) The map itself has been preserved to us thanks to the vigilance of Håvard, who uploaded it to his Flickr in 2013, as referenced in this post at The Piazza.
This map contains more detail than JTR’s other overview map; combined with the use of Benguiat as the main font, we can deduce that this map must have been produced later.
Fan-made Map by JTR (2007)
This is an original map created by one of Mystara’s excellent fan cartographers. For more information on the cartographer, including a gallery of all their maps, see also Appendix M: Mappers of Mystara.

Chronological Analysis
This is a fan-made map. It was likely created in 2007. The updated Atlas version of this map is not yet available. See also Appendix C for annual chronological snapshots of the area. For the full context of this map in Mystara’s publication history, see the upcoming Let’s Map Mystara 2007. (Please note that it may be some time before the project reaches this point.)
The following lists are from the Let’s Map Mystara project. Additions are new features, introduced in this map; Revisions are changes to previously-introduced features; Hex Art & Fonts track design elements; and finally Textual Additions are potential features found in the related text. In most cases, the Atlas adopts these textual additions into updated and chronological maps.
