Hoddie’s Alfheim, 8 miles per hex
Paul’s third and final map was Alfheim, once again reproducing the official map — this time from GAZ5.
With his nicely subdued palette and carefully recreated hex art, it’s a shame that Paul stopped at this point. But he did share his hex art, which seems to have led to Tim Roberts creating a full set of Known World maps in his style a couple of years later. I haven’t been able to discover the details of this connection, though. If anyone has any information about Tim Roberts’ later maps in Paul’s style, please let me know.
In the meantime, thank you Paul for these great maps as well as another wonderful mapping style!
