Sturm’s Adri Varma Plateau, 8 miles per hex
Although Francesco left the Adri Varma Plateau area largely undeveloped in his revised Glantri map, in fact he had also been working on a fleshed out version. As his primary source, he used Michele Carpita’s 24 mile per hex map from back in February of the same year, which adapted the original orange cover B3 Palace of the Silver Princess to the Adri Varma’s later established badlands and desert terrain.
But Francesco didn’t just redo Michele’s map. Instead, he created a fully-developed and detailed 8 mile per hex map of the plateau, incorporating everything from B3 and Michele’s map, as well as his own ideas for the region, and even Steven B. Wilson’s Ungolwaith.
Later maps of the area used this map as a base, including most notably those of Gary Davies.
