Windrush River

A river in northern Karameikos. 64.4 miles long. Headwaters in Lake Windrush, in the Black Peak Mountains. Flows south past Threshold to Verge, where the Foamfire River joins it, then south-southeast along the western edge of the Wufwolde Hills, joining the Hillfollow River just northwest of Kelvin. First appeared in X1 (1981); first named River Windrush in B10 (1986). Changed to Windrush River and gained alternate name Wufwolde in GAZ1 text, as well as Waterolde on GAZ1 map (1987). Respelled to Waterholde on TM1 (1989).
