Thibault’s Ethengar, 8 miles per hex

Thibault had previously mapped most of Ethengar in his Known World, 8 mile per hex maps, but this was the first time he created a complete version of it at this scale. The first map is from August 2000 (third below), and Thibault updated it with a black hex grid as early as October, before making additional art fixes later — likely in September 2001 (directly below).

The second version below is an alternate version, also from September 2001, with more art fixes. But it also introduces two errors from the Broken Lands map: missing hills north of Fort Nell, and a wrong placement for C’Kag. As a result, the best version of this map is not the final version.
