Thibault’s Wendar, 8 miles per hex v1 revised
These maps are revisions of Thibault’s original Wendar, 8 miles per hex v1, both from September 2001. This places them after his Wendar v2 map, even though both are adaptations of his earlier Wendar v1 map.
The first map is a straight up art update, changing the map to Thibault’s later palette, including a black hex grid and orange-coloured badlands.
The second incorporates the details Darkblood made to Thibault’s Wendar v2 map the previous year.
It’s interesting that Thibault went back and updated the previous map, despite its being made obsolete by a newer version. The palette update is something he instituted throughout his maps around this time, so that in itself is no surprise, but the addition of new changes to the old map is.

Chronological Analysis
This is a fan-made map. It was published in 2001. The updated Atlas version of this map is currently available at Thorfinn Tait Cartography here. See also Appendix C for annual chronological snapshots of the area. For the full context of this map in Mystara’s publication history, see the upcoming Let’s Map Mystara 2001. (Please note that it may be some time before the project reaches this point.)
The following lists are from the Let’s Map Mystara project.
